Blue Mountains Consortium
Connect is the lead agency for the Blue Mountains Consortium. The Consortium has developed an integrated service delivery plan that is being used to inform current and future service provision for vulnerable families and children across the Blue Mountains LGA.
The consortium partners are:- Blue Mountains City Council

- Connect Child and Family Services (Lead agency)
- Gateway Family Services
- Gunedoo Child Protection Service
- Katoomba Children’s Cottage (representing Blue Mountains children’s services)

Stronger Families Alliance
Connect represents the Blue Mountains Consortium and the Early Childhood Intervention Coordination Program (ECICP) on the Stronger Families Alliance. The Stronger Families Alliance represents all the possible interfaces Blue Mountains families may have, either directly or indirectly, with government and community organisations supportive of the care and education of children aged birth to twelve years.
The purpose of the Stronger Families Alliance is to work collaboratively to:- Identify emerging issues for children and families in the Blue Mountains; and
- Collectively plan a pro-active, shared response to these issues.
